A Whirlwind of Activity!

First, an apology about lack of posts. It is hard to realize just how much we came to rely on the "interweb" until we didn't have much access and no ability to post pics. Mom and Dad have dial-up, which is OK for normal use, but not for pics and stuff.

We have had a crazy busy few months! A few updates...

Maddie:

She had her 1st birthday, celebrated the weekend before the Michigan game. Great fun was had by all! She is signing "juice", "more" and "eat". She is thinking about walking, but no real steps yet. She understands when you ask her things like "Do you want a bottle?" "Do you have wet pants?". She still loves her books-especially the adventures of the "Five Little Monkeys"!

House:

We are in!! We closed on the 16th, with movers on the 17th. Joe and Dana came and stayed with us thru Christmas Eve and along with Mel, Mom & Dad, and Jane & Don we got the place in shape for the family party on Christmas Eve. Now the adventure of "Where did that one thing end up" begins! We welcome visitors, the mud around the house is a bit daunting, but don't worry- we have sidewalks!
