It is official-our house is on the market with HER. It is a bit scary, yet exciting at the same time. Probably a bit scarier for my parents, since we will be moving in with them if we sell before our new house is done! Here is the MLS number (2809025) if anyone has friends/co-workers etc. that are interested in using the Great Bush Economic Stimulus Check to buy a house!

We went to the property last week and staked it out (roughly) for the county to come and evaluate for the various permits. Of course, we picked a day of nasty wind. It just made the food and margaritas at El Vaquero that much tastier!
