Today is the first day of our vacation. We'll spend the next few days packing and running last minute errands before making the journey to North Carolina. It's always worth it and makes us appreciate the beach even more. I think they were glad to be rid of me at work. I need a few days off.


Maddie is excited as well. She was sporting her new ball cap today and making noises on Jessie's face.




The packing and house work was too much and got her in the end...
